2.6 - X.400 Messaging services

These object identifiers are managed by the maintainers of the X.400/ISO 10021 standards which define the messaging service.

A very few OIDs are also allocated under the 1.0.10021 arc; these are used in defining the General Text body part which was originally defined by ISO/IEC.
